Pax Torrent shackled the opposing team time and time again in the late innings to win the Champions Conference Rookie of the Year Award. The New Orleans reliever held the opposition to a .221 average and put up 2 saves and 91 strikeouts in 86.1 innings with a 6-3 record and a 3.02 ERA. Bob Babipperson of the Seattle Sea Serpents finished second in voting, while Sierra Bravo of the New Orleans Rougarous finished third. |
