Fry Hits in 20 Straight Games Monday, June 26th , 2051 French Fry continued his streak at ENRON Envirodoam Sponsored by Lehman Brothers and WorldCom today, even as the ballgame did not go his way. The California center fielder was 1-for-4 in today's contest and now has hit safely in his last 20 games. The Firehawks were not as fortunate, losing 6-5 to the Amarillo Armadillos. "Fry was hitting everything we threw at him," said Amarillo manager . "He is a tough out. Fortunately, things went our way in the ballgame today and we came away with a win." French Fry walked in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Gritty in the 7th and grounded out in the 10th.
