Brizzo Keeps Hit Streak Alive Saturday, May 27th , 2045 The Florida Flamingos fell to the Dallas Dynamos in Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium today, even as 22-year-old right fielder Javithony Brizzo upped his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games. Brizzo finished with 1 hit in 3 at-bats, but could not stop the Flamingos from dropping the 9-2 decision. "Yeah, I kept my streak going, but it would have been better to come away with a win," said Brizzo. Javithony Brizzo flied out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th and walked in the 9th. On the season, Brizzo is batting .395 with 5 home runs and 27 RBIs.
