Brew City Bears starter Maru Zensky found his groove in his team's 4-3 win over the Puerto Rico Ranas. Reliever Kevin Williams picked up the win. His record improves to 2-2. Harry Berry [BOT] took the loss. With the win, Brew City upped its record to 43-34.
Brew City used the timely hitting of Yes No to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Bears on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"Took some scratching and clawing," said No. "But we got it done."
