The Anchorage Wheelers turned back the State College Swift Steeds , 5-4, at Count Longardeaux's Strong Badian Dictionary Fo' My Own Words Stadium. Jessica Comeau, in particular, had a fine performance. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Richard Dick, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 9th save. The victory gives Anchorage a record of 41-36.

The Wheelers benefited from an error in the top of the fourth inning. Anchorage was trailing 3-2 when Cassius Considerations hit a 2-run single that was misplayed. It put Anchorage in front, 4-3.

"It feels good to get this one," Considerations told the Anchorage Citizen.
