Lemurs Squelch Flamingos Offense in Shutout Win
|
Louisville pitcher Yeet Aball did his part in helping his team beat the Florida Flamingos, 5-0. The left-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Louisville raised its record to 48-31 with the win.
Nick Jr, the 20-year old first baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Jr contributed a 2-run single in the top of the second inning to put Louisville up, 4-0.
"It's a mindset," said Aball. "Just trying to do your job, trying to be consistent."
