The State College Swift Steeds downed the Brew City Bears, 4-3, at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House. The Swift Steeds were led by Bazooka Slow. He was 4-5 with a triple, a double, and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Reliever Newt U Wertrouble picked up the win. His record improves to 3-1. Fletcher Jones took the loss. Jackson Ramirez picked up the save, his 3rd.

State College used the timely hitting of Press Duckley Jr. to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Swift Steeds on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

Duckley Jr. attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."

The win gives State College a season record of 41-39.
