Sluggerton scores 3 runs to Ignite Wheelers Offense
Behind a solid performance from shortstop Slime Sluggerton, the Anchorage Wheelers defeated the Chicago Kingpins, 12-3. Sluggerton was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4 for the Wheelers. Elijah Rosado was the winner. He's now 7-7. The loser was Jackson Pollock V. Anchorage is now 38-42.

Tied up with the Kingpins in the top of the fourth inning, the Wheelers got a boost from designated hitter Robin Banks. With the bases loaded, Banks saw a first pitch fastball from Jackson Pollock V and hit a 2-run single to break the stalemate and put Anchorage on top, 3-1.
