Lemurs 4-3 Winners Versus Florida
The Louisville Lemurs picked up a win at Colby Koffman Championship Field at The Jungle, topping the Florida Flamingos, 4-3. On the mound for Louisville was right-hander Owain Gambit-Ahead. He played a principal role in the triumph. The winning pitcher was Gambit-Ahead, now 8-2. He tossed 6.1 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 6. Glenn Snaps, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 2nd save.

Samuel Sheeping dealt the Flamingos a blow in the bottom of the third. Batting with a runner on 2nd and Louisville leading 3-0, Sheeping, who is tied for 8th in the MiLPBE in extra base hits with 28, hit a first pitch cutter for a run-scoring single.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Sheeping said.

Louisville goes to 48-32. The win puts them 5 games up in their division.
