Paulo Zalewski impressed in the 5-4 Providence win over Seattle. Zalewski, who is tied for 6th in the Legends in runs scored with 60, was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 3 runs. Picking up the save was Randy Colón, his 13th. Providence raised its record to 60-25 with the win.

Providence took a 5-4 lead on Beryl Summers's 19th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which Summers hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Seattle pitcher Kip Treadwell visibly frustrated.

"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Zalewski.
