Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Cancun Toros and Buffalo Surge.

The Cancun Toros racked up a win at Coliseo Toros, presentado por VINS, bumping off the Buffalo Surge, 5-3. Jihmih Beniko, who started for Cancun, pitched effectively for his team. The save went to Usada Pekora, number 4 for him.

Cancun took a 4-2 lead on Feka Ohi Kau's 36th double of the season. The bases-clearing double, which Ohi Kau hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Buffalo pitcher James Filtipaldi visibly frustrated.

"Jihmih giving us the start that he did was huge," said Cancun manager .

The Toros now have a record of 50-35 with the win over Buffalo.
