The New Orleans Rougarous picked up a win at Full Moon Stadium, taking down the Death Valley Scorpions, 4-2. Starting pitcher Fenrir Lyken was a big reason why. New Orleans now has a 3-game win streak.

Abigail Mills, who is tied for 5th in the Champions with a .384 on-base percentage, helped out the New Orleans cause in the bottom of the first inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the third baseman went 2-3 with 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI.

"We'll enjoy this win," said Mills. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."
