Sting Eucliffe powered the Death Valley Scorpions to a win over the Buffalo Surge. The final score was 10-5. The Death Valley second baseman, who finished 5th in the Champions in doubles with 43 in 2075, was phenomenal. He stroked 2 extra-base hits, including 1 home run and 1 double. Guy Roussy earned the win to go to 6-9. He allowed 5 runs on 5 hits, with 5 walks and 6 strikeouts in 6 innings of work. The third-place Scorpions have won 4 straight.

Death Valley used a well-timed hit by Y'shtola Rhul to capture the win. The shortstop socked a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Scorpions ahead, 7-5. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.
