Aviators Earn 9-7 Win Against Demons
The Outer Banks Aviators powered past the Detroit Demons, 9-7, in 14 innings at Demon's Lair at Laser Park. Robert Oliver was 2-5 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 4, to lead the charge. Outer Banks, at 46-41, sits in third place in the Legends Conference East.

The game was all tied up in the top of the 14th, until Oliver delivered big-time for Outer Banks, stroking a dramatic 2-run home run off Brad Van de Hat. The game-changing hit put the Aviators on top, 9-7.

"I was making good contact tonight," said Oliver.
