Scorpions Topple Rougarous, 5-4, as Lamborghini Shines
The Death Valley Scorpions bested the New Orleans Rougarous, 5-4, at Full Moon Stadium. Chazz Lamborghini was one of the standouts. He went 2 for 2 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Quant Tsimicalis Jr., the winning pitcher, is now 2-2. He went 8 innings, allowing 4 runs on 8 hits, while fanning 3 and walking 1. The Scorpions raised their record to 7-7.

Lamborghini contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Death Valley in the top of the fourth. With his team trailing 4-2, Lamborghini took a fastball from Brian Eshleman Jr. and stroked the home run to right-center. His 1st home run of the season allowed the Scorpions to leap in front, 5-4.
