The Death Valley Scorpions electrified the home crowd with a walk-off win.

Starting pitcher Billy TheKid was a major factor in the 2-1 Death Valley Scorpions triumph over the Cancun Toros. The Scorpions have an impressive 62-29 record.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Death Valley second baseman Bass Reeves, facing Guess Who, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Scorpions the 2-1 win.

Reeves called the triumph "a good team win."
