The San Antonio Sloths downed the Toronto Pathfinders, 9-6, at The Treehouse. Rob Littleton led the way, going 2-for-4 for San Antonio. By defeating Toronto, the second-place Sloths improved to 45-48.

Stetson Laramie had a big 2-run double for the Sloths in the bottom of the second inning. With San Antonio leading 3-2 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he got a cutter from two-time All-Star Jihmih Beniko and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 23rd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Sloths ahead, 5-2.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Littleton told the San Antonio Daily News. "It's as simple as that."
