Raptors Earn 7-5 Home Win

Boise picked up a win at Hammond Park, bumping off the Nashville Stars, 7-5. Pitcher Harold Smith was a major reason the Raptors emerged victorious. Smith got the win, improving to 7-13. He gave up 7 hits and walked 0 over 6.1 innings. He allowed no runs. The Raptors sport a record of 35-59.
In the bottom of the fourth, Boise left fielder CianĂ¡n Muirchertach had a productive at-bat. With runners on 2nd and 3rd and one out, Muirchertach stroked a 2-run single to left. It made the score 4-0, Boise. For the game, he was 2-5 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
