The Vancouver Vandals powered past the Boise Raptors, 10-3, at The Thunderdome. Pierre Phillip provided some of the pop. Treasure was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. The win gives Vancouver a record of 12-3.

With Vancouver leading 3-0 in the bottom of the second, Phillip hit a slider from Harold Smith for a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Vandals ahead, 6-0.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Vancouver manager .
