Aviators Rally to Win, 7-6
The Outer Banks Aviators defeated the Buffalo Surge, 7-6, in 13 innings. Much of the credit belonged to third baseman Julio Ruiz Jr., who went 3-5 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk. He scored 4 runs and drove in 3 for the Aviators. The loss lowers the Buffalo record to 5-10.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 13th. With no one out, Ruiz Jr. hit a forkball from Ice Bear for a solo home run. The Aviators, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
