The Vancouver Vandals defeated the Boise Raptors, 7-6. Doing his part was first baseman McLovin Jr., who hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Picking up the win was Chuck Nasty. He went 7 innings, allowing 1 run on 4 hits. The left--hander struck out 8 and walked 2. Boise, now 3-12, has gotten off to a terrible start.

Vancouver took a 4-1 lead on McLovin Jr.'s 6th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which he hit off Maximillion Porter in the top of the sixth, propelled Vancouver to the win.
