LeSean Maximus Marbondalenny Pitchlord never let Boise get something going. The Providence left-hander commanded his slider in pitching the Crabs to a 4-1 win. The win elevated the Crabs to 59-42.

Providence won the game in part because of Beryl Summers. The right fielder ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Crabs ahead, 2-0. For the game, Summers had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.

"LeSean Maximus Marbondalenny did a good job of managing their lineup," said Providence manager .
