Lansdell goes 4-for-5, Vandals Move to 70-36
Ashton Lansdell, who is a two-time Gold Glove Award winner, led Vancouver to a triumph over Toronto. The final score was 11-5. The third baseman went 4 for 5, falling a triple shy of the cycle. He scored 1 run and added 3 RBI. The win elevated the Vandals to 70-36.

With Vancouver leading 4-2 in the top of the sixth, Lansdell came up to bat against Toronto pitcher Biz Kitmaker. Lansdell hit a fastball to left-center for a 3-run home run. His 19th home run of the season put the Vandals on top, 7-2.

"It's always fun to score a lot of runs," said Lansdell.
