The New Orleans Rougarous pinned a convincing loss on the Seattle Sea Serpents, 9-2, at Full Moon Stadium. Jackson Love was a main factor in the win. He went 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2 for New Orleans. The Rougarous are now 54-54.

An inflection point occurred with one out in the bottom of the first. That's when Rougarous first baseman Air Yordong hit a fastball from Archie Richards for a 2-run single. Just like that, New Orleans was up, 2-1.

"We played a good game and came out on top," said Love.
