Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Providence Crabs got the win.

Providence Crabs starter Crabby Pebbles was in the groove. He led his team to a win over the Outer Banks Aviators, 4-2. Randy Colón finished the game for Providence and earned his 22nd save.

The Crabs got a big at-bat from third baseman Paulo Zalewski. For the game, Zalewski went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 30th double of the season gave Providence a 2-1 lead.

"Very good win for our guys," said Zalewski.
