Lemurs Lose to Wheelers in Walk-Off
Louisville first baseman Man Squatch had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 6-5, to Anchorage at Balto Memorial Field at The Igloo. Squatch was 2-3 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI. By defeating Louisville, the 4th-place Wheelers improved to 39-43.

The decisive blow was delivered by Robin Banks in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run home run off 20-year old right-handed pitcher Srinivinsa Ramanujan to win the game for Anchorage. The home crowd went nuts.

"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," Banks said in his postgame press conference.
