Swift Steeds Lose Again, 6-4, to Bears
The Brew City Bears relied on the hitting of right fielder Dazen Guile to stop the State College Swift Steeds , 6-4. For the game, Guile went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Brew City pitcher Lots-o'-Heineken Bear got the win, upping his record to 7-1. Ya Hound got the loss. State College's current losing streak has reached 6 games.

Guile contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Brew City in the bottom of the third. With his team trailing 4-2, Guile took a fastball from Ya Hound and stroked the home run to left. His 10th home run of the season allowed the Bears to leap in front, 5-4.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Guile told the Brew City Today.
