The State College Swift Steeds beat the Kansas City Hepcats, 6-5, at Count Longardeaux's Strong Badian Dictionary Fo' My Own Words Stadium. Y'shtola Rhul was 4-6 with 4 singles and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 3 runs. The 30-year old shortstop was a menace to Kansas City all day. The win belongs to Nero Mantics in relief. His record improves to 2-1. Luke Sidaway took the loss for Kansas City. The win for the Swift Steeds raised their record to 44-42.

State College won the game in the bottom of the 17th inning. With two outs and Luke Sidaway on the mound for Kansas City, first baseman Adam Confused hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Swift Steeds fans to their feet.
