Swift Steeds Stay Hot, Beat Ranas, 3-2

Fans watched the State College Swift Steeds and the Puerto Rico Ranas fight to the finish.
In a low-scoring contest between the State College Swift Steeds and the Puerto Rico Ranas, 21-year old left-handed pitcher Li Tattersall proved to be the difference. The State College left-hander earned props for his performance in the 3-2 Swift Steeds win. Tattersall picked up the win for State College, going 5.1 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 8-7. Cass Silskrumblin recorded the save. In save chances, he's now 13 for 17.
The Swift Steeds got a big at-bat from second baseman Enrique von Muy Caliente. For the game, von Muy Caliente was 3-4 with a double and 2 singles. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 11th double of the season gave State College a 2-1 lead.
"I like how we're playing right now," said von Muy Caliente.
