The Anchorage Wheelers beat the Brew City Bears, 11-6, at Balto Memorial Field at The Igloo. Anchorage catcher D.B. Barnum led the way. He went 4 for 5 with 4 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Anchorage is in 4th place in the West Division with a record of 42-45.

Barnum contributed in the bottom of the fifth. With the bases loaded, he hit a 2-run single. It was one at-bat among others that helped Anchorage get the win.
