Swift Steeds Squelch Kingpins Offense in Shutout Win
Conditions were not ideal but State College and Chicago were able to put their game in the books.

State College starter Ultra Nium pitched effectively against the Chicago Kingpins at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a win, 6-0. State College occupies 4th place in the East Division at 40-48.

The Swift Steeds got a big at-bat from center fielder Sebastien Primeau. For the game, Primeau was 1 for 4 with a double and a walk. In the top of the fifth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 14th double of the season gave State College a 1-0 lead.
