Amarillo Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
Kansas City right fielder David Lavenski was sensational. He went 4-6 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Amarillo beat the Hepcats, 6-5. Amarillo goes to 54-33. The win puts them 5 games up in their division.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the 12th, with Amarillo trailing 5-4, Palin Drome hit a fastball from Juan Legacypoint for a 2-run home run, giving the Armadillos the walk-off win.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Kansas City manager . "The effort was great."
