Swift Steeds Deal Flamingos 6-3 Defeat
The State College Swift Steeds defeated the Florida Flamingos, 6-3, at Florida Man Park. Leading the charge for State College was center fielder Faye Tafo-Felia. He was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. With the win, State College raised its record to 52-38.

With State College leading 2-0 in the top of the third, Tafo-Felia hit a changeup from Knuckle Puck for a 2-run home run. It was his 13th home run of the season and put the Swift Steeds ahead, 4-0.

"Enjoyed this one," Tafo-Felia told the State College Observer. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
