Amarillo got a terrific performance from pitcher Snack Reacher, but it wasn't enough to beat the Louisville Lemurs. Louisville won the Colby Koffman Championship Field at The Jungle contest, 5-1. Reacher threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball for the losing team. Louisville is now 55-38, Amarillo 43-50.

Louisville took a 2-1 lead on Rolly Polly's 11th home run of the season. The solo home run, which Polly hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Amarillo pitcher Snack Reacher visibly frustrated.

Polly said his team "played with determination."
