Swift Steeds Keep Streak Alive With 7-4 Win
The State College Swift Steeds picked up a win at PBE Bigger Strange Podcast Stadium: Home of the Waterpigeons, taking down the California Firehawks, 7-4. Starting pitcher PK-VS was a big reason why. Gabriel Priest earned save number 13 this season. California is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 6 in a row.

State College used a well-timed hit by Himiko Toga to capture the win. The designated hitter socked a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Swift Steeds ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," PK-VS said.
