Brew City pitcher Jack Dupp had a large part in his team beating the Kansas City Hepcats, 4-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The winner was Brew City reliever Winnie the Pabst [BOT], now 2-0. The loser was Juan Legacypoint [BOT]. The win for the Bears raised their record to 55-41.

Brew City used the timely hitting of Julio Ruiz Jr. to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Bears on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
