The performance of Manny Alou proved critical in helping State College beat Kansas City, 9-7. The Swift Steeds left fielder was 3-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. PK-VS picked up the win with 6 innings of work. He allowed 3 runs on 7 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 2. On the season, he is now 8-8. Blain K'Spais collected his 2nd save.
