The home crowd had a good time watching the Louisville Lemurs and State College Swift Steeds get after it.

The State College Swift Steeds wanted a good start from Spencer Bearer -- and he delivered one. The result was a 6-2 State College win over the Louisville Lemurs at Taylor Swift is Hard Mid Eras Tour 2.0. Bearer, the winner, moves to 8-9. He threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 4 and giving up 2 walks.

Griffin Stone, who is tied for 8th in the MiLPBE in bases on balls with 56, helped out the State College cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the left fielder drove in one run.

"We did a lot of things right," said Stone.

State College is now 46-51, Louisville 50-47.
