Kingpins Prevail, 2-0, Over Florida

Sniper King pitched well, but the Florida Flamingos still lost the game, falling 2-0 to the Chicago Kingpins at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium. Leeroy Jenkins notched his 3rd save in 5 chances. The 4th-place Kingpins now have a win-loss record of 42-55.
Notworth Afirst had a timely hit in the bottom of the fifth inning. With two out and a runner on 2nd, the Chicago third baseman hit a run-scoring single. That put the Kingpins in front, 2-0.
"We made a couple of mistakes," said Florida skipper , "and it cost us."
