Swift Steeds Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Ranas, 5-4
The State College Swift Steeds did just enough to sneak past the Puerto Rico Ranas, 5-4, at Count Longardeaux's Strong Badian Dictionary Fo' My Own Words Stadium. State College pitcher Sebastian Telfair, in particular, had a standout performance. State College reliever Blain K'Spais picked up the win, raising his record to 3-1. Ranto Mune was tagged with the loss. The Swift Steeds now have a record of 30-65.

Coming to the plate with one out in the bottom of the ninth inning, State College designated hitter Julian O'Sullivan Jr. had a chance to be the hero. Facing Puerto Rico pitcher Ranto Mune with a runner on 2nd, O'Sullivan Jr. hit a run-scoring double.

"Winning in the last at-bat, there's nothing else like it," said O'Sullivan Jr..
