Kingpins Beat Ranas in 11
|
The Chicago Kingpins picked up a win at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium, knocking off the Puerto Rico Ranas, 5-1. Starting pitcher Chad Innings-Eater was a big reason why. The Ranas, now 33-64, have lost 4 in a row.
Iesuhc Yttef, the 21-year old shortstop , had a direct impact on the outcome. Yttef contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the 11th inning to put Chicago up, 2-1.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Yttef.
