8-1 Loss to Swift Steeds Extends Kansas City Losing Streak
The State College Swift Steeds defeated the Kansas City Hepcats, 8-1, in Minor League PBE action at Taylor Swift is Hard Mid Eras Tour 2.0. State College pitcher Bug Chingus had a standout performance. Chingus, the winner, moves to 10-8. He threw 6.2 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 7 and giving up 3 walks. State College is now 54-46, while Kansas City is 51-49.

Sebastien Primeau had a big 3-run home run for the Swift Steeds in the bottom of the third inning. With State College leading 3-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a screwball from 23-year old right-handed pitcher Elijah Miller and swatted a home run to left. It was his 11th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Swift Steeds ahead, 6-1.

"We did a lot of things right," said Primeau.
