Thanks in large part to third baseman Shawn Spencer, the Florida Flamingos beat the Puerto Rico Ranas, 8-3. Spencer went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Daithi Kennedy-Senan, the winner, goes to 7-9. He allowed 3 runs on 5 hits, with 3 walks and 3 strikeouts over 7 innings. Florida has 3 straight wins, Puerto Rico 3 straight losses.
