Slow Stars in 8-6 Win for State College
Bazooka Slow knocked in 5 runs to help State College beat Puerto Rico, 8-6. The Zurich, Switzerland native tallied 1 single and 1 home run. State College reliever Newt U Wertrouble [BOT] picked up the win, upping his record to 2-3. Harry Berry [BOT] took the loss. The defeat makes Puerto Rico 18-87.

The game was all tied up in the bottom of the eighth, until Slow delivered big-time for State College, stroking a dramatic 2-run single off Ranto Mune [BOT]. The game-changing hit put the Swift Steeds on top, 8-6.
