The Brew City Bears beat the California Firehawks, 7-1. Brew City pitcher and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, native Joseph Kelley led the way. The triumph puts Brew City at 62-45 for the season.

In the top of the second, Brew City right fielder Jared Keeso had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and two out, Keeso stroked a 2-run single to right. It made the score 3-1, Brew City. For the game, he was 1 for 3 with a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

Keeso called the win "what playing unselfish baseball looks like."
