The home crowd came to cheer on their first-place Brew City Bears.

The Brew City Bears handed the Amarillo Armadillos a loss at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House. The final score was 8-4. Jared Keeso was one of the major contributors for Brew City. In addition to his 2 singles and 1 home run, he scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Jack Dupp was the winning pitcher. Over 7.1 innings, he allowed 4 runs on 5 hits, with 5 walks and 1 strikeout.

In the bottom of the seventh, the Bears grabbed the lead when Keeso hit his 22nd home run of the season. The 2-run home run off Hugh Jazz made it 6-4, Brew City.
