The Brew City Bears beat the State College Swift Steeds , 8-7, at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House. Brew City third baseman Handel Aldi's Nuts led the way. He was 3 for 6 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The second-place Bears have won 4 consecutive games.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 11th. With two out, Aldi's Nuts hit a slider from Ben Smith for a solo home run. The Bears, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
