The Brew City Bears faced a tough opponent in Louisville pitcher Cornelius George-Braxton, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Kenny Payne Appreciation Stadium by a final score of 4-1. Brew City used the timely hitting of Lara Croft to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Bears ahead, 3-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.
