Aviators Hammered by Traveler, Drop Game 3 to Crabs
The Providence Crabs defeated the Outer Banks Aviators, 8-6, in 13 innings in Game 3 of the Divisional Series. Making an impact was left fielder Grayle Traveler, who went 2 for 5 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The win narrows Providence's deficit in the series to 2-1.

The game was all tied up in the top of the 13th, until Traveler delivered big-time for Providence, stroking a dramatic 2-run home run off Mickey Martino. The game-changing hit put the Crabs on top, 8-6.

"I keep finding places to plunk down base hits," said Traveler.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Island in Providence.
