New York Wins Divisional Series
|
The New York Voyagers are on to the Conference Finals after a convincing series win over the Providence Crabs.
New York wrapped up the series sweep with a 4-1 win in the last game, to take the series 3-0.
"We expected to win and we executed the way we needed to," said Moe Scatoes, who was named series MVP.
For the series, Scatoes hit .417 with a .462 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 5 runs.
The Conference Finals matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
