Providence Win Evens Series at 3
The Providence Crabs and the New York Voyagers will take the Conference Finals to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation, the Crabs beat the Voyagers, 9-3, at Vaughn's House to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Providence left-hander Count Crabula had a big role in the win. He threw 6.1 innings of shutout ball.

The Crabs took the lead, 4-0, in the top of the fourth inning. Facing New York hurler PDub Woods with one out, Boyz II Chess Back Again hit a 2-run double.

Voyagers manager did not take questions after the game, telling assembled reporters that he would hold a press conference "if and when we win the World Series."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Vaughn's House in Providence.
