Still Kicking: Cancun Cut Indianapolis Series Lead to 3-1 With Late Win
The Cancun Toros defeated the Indianapolis Apex, 6-5, in 12 innings in Game 4 of the Conference Finals. Making an impact was first baseman Victor Cortez, who hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The win narrows Cancun's deficit in the series to 3-1.

The game was all tied up in the top of the 12th, until Cortez delivered big-time for Cancun, stroking a dramatic solo home run off Skyler Stevens. The game-changing hit put the Toros on top, 6-5.

"It feels good to get this one," Cortez told the Cancun Today.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Brickyard in Providence.
