Cena IV Blasts Flamingos, Armadillos Take Game 3, 8-6
With center fielder Rob Cena IV leading the charge, the Amarillo Armadillos got past the Florida Flamingos, 8-6, in extra innings in Game 3 of the World Series today. Cena IV went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 at Florida Man Park as Amarillo managed to take a 2-1 lead in the best-of-7 series.

Amarillo relied on the hitting of Dusty Greer to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Armadillos on top, 7-6. For the game, Greer had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"It was a solid team effort," said Cena IV after the game.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Florida Man Park in Providence.
