Stelle left his imprint on the 11-6 Death Valley win against the New Orleans Rougarous. Stelle, who won the Rookie of the Year Award in 2074, was 4-4 with 2 doubles, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Femini Nomenon, the winner, improved to 3-1. He held New Orleans to 4 runs on 4 hits over 6.2 innings, while racking up 6 strikeouts. With the win over New Orleans, the Scorpions improved to 13-11.
Death Valley designated hitter Laser Show helped the Scorpions go up, 5-4, in the bottom of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Show hit a run-scoring single off New Orleans pitcher LeeLoo Dallas Multi-Pitch.
"I like the vibe in the clubhouse after a win," said Stelle. "It sure beats the alternative."
