Indianapolis Wins Again, 3-2
The Indianapolis Apex went into extra innings against the Death Valley Scorpions but ultimately moved to within one game of the Conference Finals today. The Apex downed the Scorpions at Cari Price Memorial Stadium by a score of 3-2. Indianapolis right-hander Bubbles had a solid outing. He threw 6.0 innings of 3-hit ball. The win gives the Apex a 2-0 advantage in the best-of-5 Divisional Series.

Indianapolis needed the clutch hitting of Sean Carrcrash to notch the win. The first baseman hammered a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Apex on top, 3-2. For the game, Carrcrash had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

Game 3 is scheduled for Thursday at The Brickyard in Providence.
